PAY BY CHECK        Michigan residents must pay 6% sales tax .

As form of payment we accept personal and cashier's checks or credit card.

Checks should be made out to A One of a Kind Creation Florist

and mailed to 20143 Telegraph rd. Brownstown , Mi 48174.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

  Return shipping cost is customers  responsibility.  Returns must be made with in a week of receiving product.  No refunds can be made on products after your occasion/event takes place.

If you are ordering many items that are the same or similar we will ship one of them to you first , if you do not like it or are unhappy with it for any reason you can return it for full refund .

YOUR APPROVAL PROCESS

You will have pictures of your ACTUAL custom made florals emailed to you to preview and approve of before shipping . * If you are not satisfied with the item , we will make changes and email more pictures of the item/s with changes made till we meet your expectations.

 * A One of a Kind Creation Florist holds the right to stop making changes to a floral item if we

feel it is not within reason or if it is becoming a time constrant issue.

SHIPPING FEES
